Bitcoin Transaction
Bitcoin transactions can reveal behaviors relative to black market activities, currency crisis in certain countries, and more. We aim to detect patterns in the transaction graph and understand user behaviors.
Microbiome
Environment, Soil pH, and Microbiome
Analyzed data from the Earth Microbiome Project, observing that soil bacteria diversity and function are influenced by different environments and soil pH. Used Vintage Sparse PCA (VSP).
Murmuration
This project was condusted when I was a data analyst at Dr. Karl Rohe’s Lab. The web application aims to visualize public attention across political and cultural flocks on Twitter.
